Fandom Memes!

1. Post a list of 10 fandoms you love.
2. Have your friends list guess your favorite character in each fandom.
3. When guessed, check the line and write a sentence about why you like that character.

1. Lord of the Rings (Movie!)

2. Lord of the Rings (Book!... they are too different enough to warrant two entries.)

3. Harry Potter: Ron Ron gets a lot of crap for being less than smart sometimes. But in the books he often known things that the other two don't because of where he was raised. Every hero needs a sidekick. I love sidekicks. And I love Ron.

4. X-Files: Skinner Skinner was bad then good then bad then good. You never could tell exactly how much he knew. Generally he was trying to do the right thing. Plus, he looks like Mr. Clean. And that's kinda hot.

5. Star Trek: Voyager:Chakotay tied with Tom Paris Chakotay I love because he managed to stay true to his beliefs and put up with Janeway not putting out. I'm still bitter that they tried to pair him with 7 of 9, but that's just me. Tom is fascinating. He has the most interesting past and one of the strongest characterizations on the show.

6. Queer as Folk

7. Troy/Iliad (two acceptable answers): Hector and Ancromache. They are one of the few couples in Greek mythology who really love each other. I love how Hector has a moment of weakness in the Iliad where he doesn't want to fight. I love how Andromache stayed in love with Hector even though she was forced to marry three other people (but she loved her children by those men).

8. Boondock Saints: Connor He was the one who said "Oh, is that right, Rambo?" and I love him for it.

9. Pirates of the Caribbean: Capt. Jack Sparrow How can you not love a man who gets that snarky when swordfighting? I am afraid for PotC 2, though. It will never be as slashy as my little heart desires.

10.The Archer (yeah... I'm that big of a nerd)Eric, Wally or as I described him to my friends "Blowthingsup!Eric." He is a big man with a fire fetish. He was also given an engagement lighter. *swoons*
