second_bananaI am in two scenes for our college's directing class.
First is from Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune which I've done a scene from before. The entire thing is set in Frankie's apartment after she and Johnny have a one night stand. I'm really looking forward to this. Frankie is a fun character because she has a very "push pull" relationship with Johnny throughout the play. They're very attracted to each other, but she's very unhappy with the idea of an emotional commitment.
The second is from Ovid's Metamorphoses. This is the story of Orpheus and Eurydice. Hardcore awesome. There will be a lot of shifting roles from chorus to leads from everyone in the cast and I'm really looking forward to it. I love Greek theater and couldn't be happier about being cast.
