Sep. 28th, 2004 04:32 pmOh where, oh where has my Mirkwood elf gone?
Oh where, oh where can she be?
With her icons so good
And her slashfic so WIPed
Oh where, oh where can she be? *weeps*
In other news...
Antigone auditions were last night. I feel I really did my best, so I'll be pretty cool with whatever decisions are made. (I did make call backs though *squee*)
I am now a trained Doula. The training was amazing and I wouldn't trade it for the world. It will be very very helpful when I get to go into the full Midwife certification.
I need to write. Badly. But I have too many ideas running around my head to focus on one. So you, my loyal fanbase (all three of you!) get to pick my next project.
1. Hoot/Todd. It's not that Hoot can't dance. He just doesn't. In which Todd discovers Hoot can dance and Erin is saved from the "public indecency of her ballroom thrashing."
2. Hoot/Todd. Hoot has nightmares. Todd is finally awake to see one. (Angsty much?)
3. Hector/Paris [Andromache]. Andromache faces Paris and learns that her suspicions are true. Much mutual respect and distrust.
4. Hector/Paris [Andromache] [Helen]. Helen has fears about the truth. Andromache knows the truth about fear. In which Andromache deals with Helen's feelings about Hector/Paris and love in general.
5. Other. I finally get off my ass and finish my "Forgive me Father" story. Each of the seven deadly sins gets its own double drabble. (Yes, I'm limiting myself to 200 words for each.)

Date: 2004-09-29 12:37 am (UTC)If not that, then one of the Hector/Paris stories. There just isn't enough of it that deals with the women at all. Most of the time they are ignored and I think that is a shame. There is a lot of good material there.
Just my two cents.

Date: 2004-09-29 01:15 am (UTC)Anyway....am back. *misses you* I'm sure you were wonderful with the auditions. I vote 5 or 4 (in that order) for your bunnies. And 200 words only? pthpt on that idea! I liked them how they were.
*coughs* andromache/helen! *coughs*
love,

Date: 2004-09-29 01:35 am (UTC)I MIIIIIIIIIIIIIISS you! And how the Hell am I supposed to make it through call backs to one of my favorite plays on the planet without whinning to you about hoe nervous I am??? *inhales*
How did I know you would vote for the one that requires me to get off my ass and sort through my old notes and reinterpret my writing style? Both 4 and 5 will require someone to help me sort through all the inner character conflict. You do realize you'll have to suffer my rantage, don't you? *loffs on you*
Andromache has some very comforting and some very cutting things to say to Helen. That may need to be taken care of. Eventually.
Email me as soon as you have the internet again? *huggles you like a crazed hobbit*
Love,

Date: 2004-09-29 05:18 am (UTC)And yes, I am making a lame comment in your LJ. This is a desperate attempt to get you to post more often, since I never ever see you anymore. That makes me a sad panda.
*bunch of hugs, even though you deny me the pleasure of bunny pictures*

Date: 2004-10-01 09:09 am (UTC)I'm glad you stumbled in! And aren't we all feeling a bit like a Hoot/Todd broken record now? *wibbles*
The muses are bugging me. We'll see how much gets done while I'm ignoring real life.
*hugs you in a dirty way*
